VERITAS SOURCE does not display advertising. We do not use advertising networks, ad cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party advertising technology on our website or iOS App.

Our website uses minimal browser storage (cookies and localStorage) solely for functional purposes — for example, storing your session preferences. 5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
- • Base44 Analytics — anonymized usage analytics to help us improve the app
- • Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — iOS App only; delivery of push notifications
- • AI / LLM providers — article URLs, extracted article text, and images you submit for the Compare the Evidence and Detect Deepfakes features are processed by AI models (including third-party LLM APIs) to extract claims, generate summaries, identify opposing viewpoints, and estimate AI generation probability; no personally identifiable information is attached to these requests; results are returned as probabilistic signals, not definitive conclusions
- • Third-party fact-check databases — the Compare the Evidence feature cross-references extracted factual claims against public fact-check databases including PolitiFact, Snopes, and FactCheck.org via AI web search; article URLs and extracted claim text may be passed to these services in aggregate form; we do not control their data practices

7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
